Crispy Cheddar Pork Chops Ingredients
4 – one inch thick Boneless Pork Chops
1 ½ cups Panko Breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 ½ cups Sharp Yellow Cheddar Cheese shredded
2 Large Eggs whisked
2 teaspoons Prepared Mustard
1 ½ pounds Red Potatoes washed and cut into about 3 - 4 slices
1-pound Green Beans washed ends removed
1 cup Italian Dressing divided
Parsley chopped for garnish
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Lightly Oil a large sheet pan.
Prepare panko breadcrumbs by mixing in salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder paprika and cheddar cheese.
Whisk eggs with mustard.
Dip pork chop in egg mixture and then in crumb mixture making sure to coat well.
Place pork chops in middle of greased sheet pan. Olive oil works well
Toss halved potatoes with ½ cup shaken Italian Dressing. Add to one side of sheet pan.
Toss prepared green beans with ½ cup shake Italian Dressing.
Bake 15 or until pork chops are golden brown on the bottom. Turn pork chops over and toss potatoes and string beans.
Reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake another 15 minutes until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees and are crispy and golden and potatoes and string beans are the texture you like.
Place servings on plates and garnish dish with chopped parsley.
