This marvelous meatloaf is budget conscious, but tastes better than an expensive restaurant meal.

This meatloaf is a moist and tender main course that is an offering no one can refuse. Unproblematic to make, the final result tastes like something you labored over for hours. Spend the few minutes to gather and mix the ingredients, then leave it to bake in the oven while you tackle other, end of the day, tasks. Then, sit down, relax and enjoy your home cooked meal.

MARVELOUS MEATLOAF INGREDIENTS

2 pounds Ground Beef 85% (I prefer 85% ground beef, but meatloaf mix of veal, pork and beef can be used)

2 cups Plain Breadcrumbs

3 Large Eggs lightly whisked

2 teaspoons Salt

½ teaspoon Pepper

¾ cup Fresh Parsley chopped

¾ cup Onion minced

1 1/4 cups Whole Milk

½ - ¾ cups Ketchup add slowly.

PAM nonstick spray

TOPPING INGREDIENTS

1 1/3 cups Ketchup

¼ cup Vinegar

½ cup Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon Onion Powder

MARVELOUS MEATLOAF INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350 Degrees

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl

Spray a baking sheet or roasting pan with PAM nonstick spray.

Shape ingredients into a loaf right on pan.

Mix topping ingredients.

Spread topping over meatloaf.

Bake for approximately 1 hour or until internal temperature is 160 degrees.

Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Serve with an easy packaged gravy like McCormick Beef Gravy, vegetables and mashed potatoes.
